Ovoz is an independent English practice app. IELTS is a registered trade mark of the British Council, IELTS Australia Pty Ltd and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Ovoz is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by them. Original practice questions are not advertised as recalled examination questions. Users must be at least 16 years old.

All bands and generated feedback are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. Practice uses one answer and three criteria, without pronunciation. Its provisional method uses a conservative adjustment and displays 6.5+ above its limit; this does not confirm band 7 and never counts towards a goal. A Mock Test considers all three parts and four criteria, including acoustic pronunciation evidence, on a 0–9 scale. Missing reliable evidence can prevent a result. Scores of 7 or higher carry Beta and a provisional possible range while independent expert validation is pending. The range is not a validated statistical confidence interval. The virtual examiner and its synthetic voice do not represent an accredited examiner.

Neither mode provides an official IELTS result or guarantees a future examination score. Goal milestones and confidence indicators summarise recent mock performances; they are not certified readiness or a validated probability of passing. Use feedback as one learning aid and seek qualified human assessment for consequential decisions. Feature availability is shown in the app; Mock Tests may remain unavailable while provider and account setup is incomplete.

Recording, local listening and the unscored warm-up are free. A scored practice answer uses one practice evaluation; a scored Mock Test uses one exam allowance. Practice and exam balances are separate. An incomplete test or failure to produce a score does not consume its reserved allowance. A valid score can remain available if detailed feedback is temporarily unavailable. Processing failures can be retried within the service's limits; old or invalid recordings may require a fresh attempt. Daily and hourly limits protect availability. Eligible guests and linked accounts can receive eight welcome practice evaluations, at most one free evaluation per 24 hours. Where enabled, a free Mock Test is subject to account and device verification. The app shows the allowance actually available to your account. Do not automate accounts, bypass limits, upload another person's voice without permission, or submit content you have no right to share.

The store displays the price, billing period and applicable trial terms before purchase. Monthly and three-month subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled using your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal; access follows the period confirmed by the store. Store refund procedures and applicable consumer rights apply. No unconfigured trial or discount is promised.

Both plans release their included allowances monthly. Three-month subscriptions are billed every three months. Subscription allowances do not roll over. The store price, period and minimum included number of exams and practice evaluations are shown before purchase; quantities can vary by storefront and offer. When allowances are spent, recording and listening remain available. Eligible purchases may receive extra allowances after verification, but no unshown bonus is promised.

When offered, one-time consumable packs contain 1 Mock Test, 3 Mock Tests or 20 practice evaluations. They do not renew and do not require an active subscription. Unused purchased allowances do not expire. Exam and practice allowances are separate and cannot be exchanged. An incomplete test or a failure to produce a score does not consume its reserved allowance. A store refund removes unused allowances from that purchase. A report from an answer evaluated with a practice pack is available under the report retention policy, without an active subscription.

Remaining one-time packs belong to the Ovoz account used for purchase. Use the same account on another device; a store restore alone does not transfer a consumed product to a different account. Explicit account deletion removes remaining account allowances. Transaction fingerprints are retained as described in the privacy notice to prevent deleted or refunded purchases being reissued.

Use Restore purchases to recover an eligible subscription confirmed by the store. Sign into the same Ovoz account to recover remaining one-time packs; a consumed store product is not a fresh purchase and does not grant the same allowance twice. Purchases awaiting approval or verification do not unlock unverified allowances. If verification is pending, use Check purchase status before trying to buy again. Restoring a subscription does not recover deleted local recordings. A guest session may be lost if app storage is removed. Account deletion does not cancel subscription billing.

You retain rights in your submitted content. You permit the processing needed to provide the evaluation you request, subject to your sharing choice and our privacy notice. Generated example answers are illustrations for learning, not statements you actually made or answers to memorise for an examination.

We may update the app, correct errors or temporarily restrict new evaluations to protect the service. We will not describe an unfinished feature as available. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, lawful refund rights or rights concerning personal data.
